You must have a rental policy in place prior to leasing an aircraft.
If you don’t already have a policy here are our preferred vendors:
Intermountain Business Insurance
$50k Non-Owned physical damage liability.
Emergency Contact
Profile Photo (Face)
Pilot Certificate (FAA)
Medical Certificate / BasicMed (FAA)
TSA Citizenship Verification
Renters must abide by all FAA, airport, and lease agreements and rules.
Rental Minimus for overnight stays in Glidepath Aircraft are 2 hours for each 24 hour scheduled reservation.
Deviations from the lease agreement and from the above minimums need to be requested prior to departure from either the Chief Pilot or Director of Operations.
